The Los Angeles Chapter of the National Action Network led by Western Regional Director Rev. Jonathan Moseley held a press conference at the Lancaster City Hall demanding justice and transparency for the deaths of two Black men, Michael L. Thomas and Robert Fuller killed within days apart.
Community leaders, the civil rights organization, and the community will lay out plans on how to demand that justice be served in these two cases and ask that the cities of Lancaster and Palmdale prosecute those who are involved to the full extinct of the law.
There has got to be accountability and responsibility for the safety of the residents of these cities and it begins with the elected officials and law enforcement.
These families have suffered great losses more than can be imagined. There needs to be answers and not passing the buck while getting caught up in the legislative bureaucracy of politics.
